Mal wieder bin ich enttäuscht von Mintos weil widerstandslos die Argumentation der Schuldner als Maß der Dinge gilt. Die Anwaltskanzleien unterschlagen das Geld der Investoren "um ihre Bonität nicht zu verschlechtern", was für mich bedeutet das gleichzeitig mit dem unterschlagenen Fremdkapital Bilanzbetrug begangen wird, indem die Bilanz künstlich geschönt wird. Wenn man dies Juristen durchgehen lässt ist es mit der Rechtsstaatlichkeit nicht weit her.
Damit steht Irland für mich jetzt auf der Blacklist wie Russland, Türkei und andere.

I agree with you, what is happening to us Nera Capital investors is unreal, absolutely unreal! I wonder what players Nera has put in place to continue operating so calmly in their activities and ask for money from other investors on other platforms like Bondster, which, as far as I know, pays interest regularly while with us they went bankrupt. But can Mintos allow this? Or were they also deceived and caught off guard, unable to notice this particular situation earlier? And what about the platform's historical professionalism? The expertise and due diligence that serve as a guarantee for investors who rely on it? I wonder if they actually worked properly?! For now, we’re trapped; maybe all that’s left is to pray!0 -
Just starting to get a foot into the Nera issue, happy to learn about any joint action taken. (Until then, i'll be sitting here praying like everybody... but definitely got this on my radar now.)
