withdraw of 100.000eur not paid out / nobody reachable by Mintos !

Hello everybody

i am one of the largest and oldest investor by Mintos

10 days ago, i tried to withdraw 100.000eur to my home bank. the money never came back.
Since then,  i have been trying to call and reach a human by Mintos. absolutely no succes. I have tried several times per mail, formular, chat... nothing

Does anyone of you have a tel number or a good address to get to somebody there ?
Do you experience problems like this ?
can we still trust Mintos ?
any opinion or contact 

tx a lot for any help !!!!
