Is Mintos communication completely dead ?

Sorry for this post but it seems that since few weak there is no communication on mintos anyomre !
- To start it's really difficult to find the community link and worst if logged on mintos you can"t litteraly access the link !!
- I mean on mintos community msg wait for week wihtout answer.
- I report bug that seems serious (wrong stategy execution) no answer.
- On planet42 problem are not reported on time we are informed after the press
- On Wowwo still no information about the trial
And so on....
I love mintos but there is a true problem about communication
Please improve that point

I agree . Fear that things are getting worse. A comment on how Eleving is cheating by changing the offered notes in short loans by repaying them within 1-6 weeks was't even accepted in the community. Censorship? Basically we are the shareholders of Mintos, creating the captipal with which they do business. Normally a CEO brings out quarterly reports tells how the company is doing financially, what are bottlenecks and what are future expectations. Mintos shrouds itself in silence. Even the moderator only responds to ignorant questions from beginners these days.

For wowo ok you update on monthly update but why ? Where on world it's written news are only available the friday of every month ? If you have news gives it instead of waiting or worst discover it elsewhere

The CEO of Planet 42 (INCLUSION OU) wrote a letter published by Mintos in august to promise to give a new update ultimately 31th of August. Never heard of a follow up neither by this CEO nor Mintos. Some P2P specialist warned about Planet 42 since early this year. Especially after 1 July when the annual figures 2023 showed that liquidity and especially solvency were extremely weak. However, Mintos score remained 7.4 and worse: from mid-July, clients could buy Notes for a few million euros. Mintos' oversight has now caused me and many clients losses. How come you guys don't check annual reports on your decisions? Do only AI cowboys work at Mintos?
The following example from Everest Finance over the last 2 months shows well how mintos is completely at the mercy (and hence its clients) of lenders' goodwill but has no control over it. Two months ago I had overdue in EF for 100 euros and as today I still have that same amount overdue after interim fluctuations between 95 and 150 euro.Mintos info on EF overdue:
16 augustus: Payment of €69k has been made, covering the amounts overdue. We expect to receive the remaining overdue payment of €132k on Monday. 27 september: Everest agreed to cover the pending payments by 3 October at the latest. 4 oktober: Everest transferred €163k to cover payments more than 15 days overdue this week. The company agreed to cover the remaining overdue payments by 9 October. 11 oktober: Everest paid €295k this week. The company agreed to cover all amounts more than 7 days overdue next week, and the remaining amounts the week after. 18 oktober: Everest has covered the remaining overdue payments of €273k. The money will be released to investors in the next few days. 28 oktober: Everest paid €150k last week. The company is expected to cover the remaining overdue payments this week.
I guess this can go on forever with Mintos info far away from reality. Does it deliver extra rent? Maybe but I cannot check this as it is not separately indicated by mintos. Anyway this gives perspective to the fact that from the start a staggering 138 millionplus so far, has never returned to investors on this platform.
In the meantime my mailbox is full of good reviews and encouragenments to invest more in Mintos. Time for the CEO to react I guess to repair some credibility.

Starting this October, we have been including updates about Planet42 in our monthly overdue updates. Our estimation for full principal recovery for Planet42 hasn't changed. Please be aware that Mintos investors are in a much better position than the subordinated debt holders, as Mintos holds a position of a senior debtor towards Planet42.
For temporary overdue cases, like Everest, we are providing weekly updates. Our goal is to be completely transparent about late payments and to make the best decisions for Mintos investors considering our legal option at hand. In addition to that, the interest for the late payments is being accrued and is to be paid, after the pending principal has been repaid.
We understand that having overdue funds can be frustrating. Please keep in mind that the overdue funds are not considered to be lost, they are to be recovered from the lending companies and we aim to recover these funds as quickly as possible. More detailed information about the overdue funds can be found direclty in your respective Mintos accounts.

@Marek :"Our goal is to be completely transparent about late payments"...right.. but the reality s mostly the opposite. Guess it is more fair to follow specialists than shrouded responses to a community that is kept hidden in the dark.
As of November 2024, 74.8% of Mintos’s portfolio is performing as expected, with 25.2% in recovery. Non-performing loans can impact your liquidity and returns on Mintos, as the platform must first recover the debt before you can withdraw or reinvest your funds. (in my case €1500 daily pending and overdue would deliver more on a saving accounts then the few cents I find monthly as pending. Overdue is not transparent so I can not judge this, maybe a good tool to add!)
Non-performing loans also increase the risk of capital loss, as you will need to wait for the platform to recover the debt before reinvesting or withdrawing your funds. Compared to other platforms, a 25.2% default rate is considered high.
Mintos's statistical data is regarded to be semi-reliable. The platform either doesn't update its statistics regularly or provides incomplete data. Some information may be withheld to present a more favorable picture than the reality.
This last sentence really nails it.
I like Mintos too but so many more opportunities to improve so your clients can do their risk management fairly. Now we seem more like children with a babysitter who says it will all be fine.

Dear investors,
Allow me to elaborate- since October, there are regular monthly updates regarding Planet42, as the lending company got suspended and the funds from Planet42 have been classified as overdue. Prior to that in August, we have stopped the investments into Planet42 for all the automated portfolios at Mintos and it was only possible to invest manully into Planet42 at the Secondary Market- there was a disclaimer pointing out the high risk of the investments into Planet42.

I have no problem with risk and perfectly understand the rules and that capital is not guarantee.

But My post doesn't look specific case but in general rule. Yes mintos communication is not as good as it should

- Yes, we have loan originator mark as temporary case that appear or disapear without explanation! For example today mfo appear with last update 9august

This is a very problematic remark, showing that Mintos is not open for a communication platform. A community is there to signal general problems, or do you believe I am the only one with a Planet 42 problem!! Also the high degree of default within mintos is fair to signal for clients. The fact that mintos sells fairy tales so now and then (no planet 42 payments in november as promised) may be adressed for everyone. If you communicate on the front side by sending weekly mails why we all should invest more in Mintos it would be fair to communicate the backside in what is missing and not running smootly with 137 million in default.

@Cyril guess I am absolutely spot on, try to help you with reasons why Mintos do not want people to find the communication forum, which you and others see as a problem.
This is all about communication defficiency.

Maybe I don't express myself correctly. But I don't speak about the organisation of this community wich is ok and like every forum on earth!
I am complaining about how to access to mintos community.
The only way is to LOG OUT go to about mintos community.
But for a logged on user IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCESS this communityWhy such a user interface ? Why hide the link to a logged user ? How they can't just know this community exist ?
