How do you save a filter?

Can someone tell me how to save a filter for the primary or secondary market, please?

Loans --> Browse listings, then I select various criteria, click on Saved filters, Save new, which I give a name to, then I click on the blue tick. Nothing happens. When I leave the page then come back to it, the filter has gone.

I have saved a filter in the past, but either I have forgotton how to do it, or something has changed!
