[BUG] Automatic strategy Eleving/Georgia doesn't see any Note and doesn't invest

There are 15 Notes for Eleving/Georgia filter now, but Automatic Custom strategy with the same filter and without other limitations, shows 0 matching results and doesn't invest.

  I invested manually today to prove, that those Notes are "investable". Unfortunately, the invested amount is included in "Custom manual investements" instead of my "Eleving/Georgia" strategy, which makes it harder to monitor individual strategies.

  still no response, no improvement... my Eleving/Kenya strategy is not investing into 15.5 % notes, even though there are plenty of them now... I have to lower the minimum interest to 15.0 %, and only then the strategy see _some_ notes and, of course, invests into 15.0 % notes instead of 15.5 %. I know, I can invest manually, but then the Strategy Invested/Target numbers are meaningless. And the purpose of an automated strategy is to invest automatically.
