I've sent an email 10 days ago because I keep receiving notification that I should upload my proof of residence which I did 5 times at least.
I sent another request from the form contact 5 days ago.
Not a single answer since then.
I'm looing my trust in Mintos and think about withdrawing all my funds asap now before it's too late!
