Very slow if any progress on "in Recovery"

What is happening to all the outstanding amounts here?  

We read the same comments again and again. Weeks becomes months. and the balance keeps increasing.

Russian and Ukraine we understand, but there are many others.

E.g. Express Credit Botswana has been here a very long time without any progress on the “technical issues”.  Could we not demand that the parent company (or some of the other companies in the group) steps in and start the repayment? 

What about Dinero Credito? Should they not pay back gradually? Or are we to expect no payment until 31/12/22? Or are we in reality looking at a default?

Are any of these companies paying dividend to their owners – while they are withholding payments to us? I know that Delfin group is (not in recovery, but often in pending payments).

Please enlighten us.
