chat is not working

When I click chat button I always get to the main page of mintos and no chat window opens. current firefox browser is used

  Hi Thorsten Manfred Gustke, please try to use chat from Google Chrome, it should be working. If not, please reach out to us via form https://help.mintos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and provide us with more details. We will try to solve the issue.
