Car Loan is not repaying - since 11/20

Hi,

I have a question to the following loan: https://www.mintos.com/en/loan/29127829-01

It's a car loan that is not repaying since November 2020 and it has no buyback obligation. The reamining principal is 900€ and the collateral is a car with a valuation of 2500€. In my understanding the car has to be selled to pay out the debts - but why is nothing happening?

It's not a big thing for me, I just bought 9€ after it delayed so I can see what will happen, but I just dont understand, why nothing is happening and I want to understand the mechanics.
