  I think the assumption there is that buybacks are performed in the ascending order of "Finished Date" as the corresponding money flows in. Is that correct?

  So the investors would like to know what was the latest Finished Date of the loans in the last buyback batch. This way they probably expect to estimate if their loans' buybacks would occur soon or not...
