Would it be possible to share information about FX hedging of each lending company in their profile (Lending companies details)? I consider it important and so far this intel has been mentioned only rarely in some Lending companies news blog posts (nothing consistent).

What about Mikro Kapital Uzbekistan and Swell? Do they hedge exchange rate as their domicile currencies may be unstable and it may affect their obligations towards investors in EUR?

    Thx.

I reviewed pending payments @ 8.4.2021, and there is total amount of 4.625 EUR. How could it just happen going down from last available perfect report I used every week to monitor LOs @ 31.3.2021 in the amount of 4.2 mill. EUR.

Or maybe these pending amount for around 5ths. EUR is only for period from 31.3.2021 - 8.4.2021 that is 8 days. If there is no cumulative balance - total amount as of cut-off / pending report day, it is simply misleading for current or potential investors.

I was very happy with report old one in .xls and .pdf format and used it every time. I do not understand what investors were asking for less sophisticated report. Change from weekly to bi-weekly would be still ok, but such significant change done without any notification, for such an important data are for me at least strange. Not happy with this change at all

    Hi Vladimír Cahajla,

    Thank you for your feedback.

Pending payment's report reflects the current situation, not just a particular time period. There are pending payments towards investors when there are more borrower repayments than investments in loans from investors. For this, we do net settlement on a weekly basis. Having said this, there might be a fluctuation of pending payment amounts. Not many investors were using such a detailed report we previously had. For the majority of investors, when there are pending payments, it is important to understand why there is pending payment from a particular lender and when the payment is going to be settled. Our current report provides these insights and as it is simplified we can provide updates on a weekly basis.

However, if you are one of the few who are interested to see the more detailed look, please email support@mintos.com so we can look at your specific portfolio and provide the necessary details.
