    Dear Cyril,

Please note that there was an internal error in our system which prevented the new updates from March from being displayed. This has been fixed and all the updates should be visible as usual.

    Hello @marek

Yes I can see it! Thx for the explanation !

But more generally please improve your communication!
We need more real time information.
    One week on this forum!
Only one time a month for company.

Why ? Do you receive new only one time a month ? I dont thonk so.
It would be great to have information as soon has they arrive

    Thx! 🙏

    Dear Cyril,

Please note that our concept of communicating development of the overdue cases is on a monthly basis and we consistently follow this approach. Please keep in mind that there are several departments involved in the process before we publish an update. If there is a major development or breakthrough in the ongoing overdue cases, we communicate that separately via email and we inform all the affected investors.

    Hello Marek (Mintos),

Sure this is exactly why I am saying this ! I suppose yes there is lot of work and party invovled in redacting such news. But exactly for this the probability that they came all at the same time is null.

So this is just my opinion and look on the forum I am not the first one complaining about it. I think more "real time" diffusion would be better !

I understand that I probably understimate thing or idealize but that would be great !

    Thx for all the explanation

  • Dear Marek,
As you said about Kviku, an agreement was signed in May to sell the majority of the loans. When will we receive the money? What were the terms of the agreement?

Yes Marek (Mintos) the communication isn't clear. It says an agreement is conclued to sell. But in the same time the possibility to revise the contract if the situation change.

Can you be clear ? Is the debt sell ? if yes when will we receive the payment ?

    Dear investors,

As communicated earlier, the agreement for the biggest part of the debt from Kviku was signed. At the moment, there are additional processes in motion which will allow the transfer of the funds towards Mintos. The terms of the agreement and other details will be specified once the funds have been received and redistributed among the affected investors. The sales agreement includes certain conditions in case the geopolitical situation and/or various imposed restrictions are relaxed- this is a strategical step which would work in favour of Mintos and our investors.

Thks Marek (Mintos) for additional info!

Do you have a timeframe for fund transfer ?

Still something that I dont understand. Fund are in transfert to mintos. But if situation relax condition change...

But what could be better that fund transfer ? I mean if situation relax fund won't be transfered ?

    Dear Cyril,

There is no specified deadline at this point. My assumption is that the necessary processes will be finalized in Q4 2025/Q1 2026. As for the conditions/situation, this refers mainly to the limitations related to transfer of the funds, use of more banks within Russian Federation as quite a lot of them have been sanctioned, etc.

    Hello Marek,

do you please have any news? Q4 has passed without any update, the contract has been signed 9 months ago and we still don't know anything. The exposure is almost 40 mil. EUR, so I believe that we deserve more than just "no update since last month" What steps did the buyer make to process this asap? Are there any banks already prepared for the funds transfer? What will be the payment schedule then - one payment or installments? Did the buyer start collecting money from the debtors? I know this is not your fault, but as I mentioned - 40 mln EUR deserves much more than - no info - statement for many months.

  • @Marek: Any News here ? Thanks a lot

  • In my account it states that Mintos has now taken legal action against Kviku due to Kviku breaching a previous agreement. - that does Not Sound Like Theres coming Money …

    @Phillip

my account says, that the majority of loans was sold in May 2, except the Forward Flow loans (this is the trial about I think). But why Mintos sold the loans without any plan how to recover these funds or a firm timeline when to do that, this is a real mystery. And really upsetting mystery. And even worse is lack of communication. I'm really thinking about cancelling my account here, this pissed me really bad.

  • Marek (Mintos)

    Dear investors,

As mentioned above, the current estimation remains as it was- we estimate that the necessary processes should get finalized by the end of Q1.

    1
  • Thanks @Marek. Can you tell me why this is in my account and what it means? Quote: „Legal disputes – enforcement of claims

We have sued the credit company because no agreement could be reached and the company violated a previous agreement.“

  • Marek, one more question: If you say that you expect the necessary processes to be completed by the end of Q1 (in the best case scenario), can we investors assume that we will then be able to withdraw between 50-75% of our investments from Mintos? I have over €20,000 invested, so this information would be very useful. Thank you in advance for your prompt response. Best regards

  • With all due respect, a 50% refund is completely unacceptable. I believe 75% is the only reasonable option. I remind you that we will not receive interest during the war. We are closer to the end of the war, and I am dissatisfied with how and for how long Mintos is trying to solve the problem and help investors. I'm sorry, but I don't see this help coming.

Marek (this is nothing personal!), but this kind of answers we've been reading for almost 4 years. You should provide details, what steps are yet to be taken, what has been done so far, what is the sold value and what % of of funds are we going to get in return. If you are not the one who can respond this, ask someone who can do that. And as Pawel mentioned, 50% is not reasonable at all.

  • It feels exactly the same as it did four years ago. When questions get too deep, there is no longer any response from Mintos employees. I hope this doesn’t repeat itself, @marek. Thank you.

  • I completely agree with you above. Our money was frozen for the duration of the war. I read the agreement and know that Mintos has given itself the right to deduct debt collection and legal fees from the recovered amount, but that doesn't mean it will. As our representative and intermediary, they should do everything they can to recover as much as possible. I have serious doubts about the accuracy of the actions and information provided. Did Kviku convert our deposits into non-interest-bonds (in accordance with Putin's decree)? The maturity date is 2026. What about them? I understand that Marek is only providing information that I suspect was already prepared by the management. Marek, please forward our comments to the CEO.
    Thank You
