    Hi Lucja,

    Thanks for you answer, I hope that we will help both customer and support teams to have better traceability.

    I have already opened a case with the chatbot. In the case I have opened, the chat ask for you current email, and doesnt ask or give "an empty box" to fulfill the newer one. So, at this very moment, I can not log in my account or contact support. (Another future improvement)

    May you can contact support team asking them for reaching me thro "robertomieres86@gmail.com".

    The email which I have registered but not verified my account is "robertomieres@gmail.com"
