i submitted documents/proof of income since mid May after request by Mintos on AML.
it is 8th July, my account is blocked since over a month now, and they have not gotten back to me with any specific information (if they needed any from me at all), and neither can i close my accoutn to take my money elsewhere nor can i invest in bloody mintos.
i keep on asking every now and then for feedback and their answer is (a few days later)..."we will get back to you"
in the meantime my account is blocked!!!!
i have sent a request to their regulator (financial and capital market commission) and have still to hear anything from them
anyone has any similar experience or any hints how to solve this?
