My name is Stanislau, and I am the Founder and Managing Director of Kivu Super App Ltd, a technology and origination platform based in Kigali, Rwanda. We act as a trusted local bridge, sourcing, vetting, and monitoring real-economy business projects (SMEs, logistics, infrastructure, etc.) in East Africa.

We are currently operating within the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulatory sandbox in Rwanda to ensure local compliance with our debt-based crowdfunding model. Now, we are looking for a licensed platform partner to help us list these vetted projects for global investors.

Could you please confirm:

1. Foreign Issuers: Do you accept foreign projects, or require a US/EU/local SPV structure to list on your platform?

2. Onboarding: What are your minimum legal, compliance, and financial audit requirements for foreign originators like us?

3. Deal Size: We are targeting initial raises of $50k - $250k per project. Does this fit your sweet spot?

4. Infrastructure: While we want to start with manual pilot listings, is an API or white-label integration available later to streamline deal creation?
