Nera Capital!!
What is happening with Nera Capital loans?. All contracts tell only interest payments till expiration. But today NC started principal repayment of all loans running for 3 months or less and also some 17% interest loans still running for 8 months. Are there no secured agreements between Mintos and Credittors? Seems like it and an ongoing issue creating most of the loan problems?

@Marek. Sofar we have never been informed about the content of restructuring agreements of any note in longtime overdue in the past, so I hope the comprehensive update concentrates mostly on a time path of when we can see our money back that has been dead for 6 months now. Even including some possible deviations.

The latest update offers nothing new. The agreements are ready, but what’s next? Taxes are now in play, so we need a clear deadline for tax submissions. Mintos must enforce investor protection more aggressively. Who will trust the platform when so many companies break the rules? Nera isn’t the only one with payment issues, and the 60-day buyback guarantee feels like a joke :). Updates should include realistic timelines, not just 3 months of "results coming soon." How can money be distributed without recovery guarantees? Did Nera do this on purpose—stopping interest payments while they continued to collect money on loans?
