Liquidity of shares
I have three questions
1) Will Mintos Marketplace provide a secondary market for Mintos Shares like we know it for loans, bonds and real estate?
2) Will the Shareholders that invested via Crowdcube be able to move their shares to the Mintos platform?
3) What is your time horizon or plans for a future IPO?
I have held shares in Mintos since 2020 and I would prefer further fund raising to be done with an IPO making our shares liquid.

1) We don't currently plan to offer a secondary market for Mintos shares on our platform, as historical data from platforms like Crowdcube and Seedrs shows that liquidity for private equity is typically too low to sustain a functional market.
2) Since Crowdcube uses a nominee structure, it isn't possible to move those shares to the Mintos platform as the legal holding structures are different.
3) Our long-term goal for liquidity is likely an IPO or an M&A event, though it is very difficult to provide a specific timeline at this stage. While we have worked toward this since 2020, we have faced our fair share of setbacks(COVID-19 aftermath, long regulatory process, war in Ukraine), which have naturally pushed back our initial expectations as we focus on scaling the business first.
