[feature] Diversification settings shared for all custom strategies

I personally don't care much about how the single strategy is diversified. What I'm more concerned about is that my loans are overall diversified. Therefore I believe that I would very much prefer to set a common diversification shares for all the strategies. Right now managing the diversification settings strategy by strategy is pretty cumbersome and time consuming.
