Hello everyone!
I just wanted to quickly share an update on the issue I mentioned earlier. After some attempts and patience, I finally managed to get in touch with the company, and I'm excited to say that we are in the process of resolving the problem.
Following my last message here, I decided to take some additional steps and use different channels to reach out to the company's support team. Fortunately, I received a response, and they are actively working on finding a solution for me.
I'm truly grateful for their attention and willingness to address this problem. While it's not fully resolved yet, I'm confident that we're on the right track. They have provided me with some instructions, and I'm following the steps they've given me to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I wanted to thank everyone who provided me with advice and suggestions in my previous post. Your comments were instrumental in keeping me motivated and exploring different contact options.
I hope to be able to share good news soon, and once again, thanks to this community for your support. I'll keep this thread updated as the process unfolds.
