Mintos to launch new Overdue page
Dear Investors,
In response to your feedback to improve transparency around overdue payments, we’re launching a new Overdue page on 6 March 2023. You’ll now be able to see the details of your recoveries. The new page will show you a breakdown of your payments that are in recovery and the recovered amounts. It will replace the current “In Recovery” page on your Mintos account and will be accessed the same way. From the Overdue page, you will have access to background information, an explanation of the new, more detailed case statuses, as well as the reports you’re used to.
We cordially invite you to share your questions and feedback on this topic!

It would be good to have also information about the due "Pending payment interest", updated monthly, considering the multipliers you have been promising.

That's great news! Looking forward to the new feature.

Glad to hear about new fetaures !!!
Hope available on mobile and desktop0 -
The screenshots look awesome. I can't find this yet in my account, but I will patiently wait until it shows!

It was a good initiative.
However, it's a pity that Mintos has used it to get rid of the weekly updates on Pending Payments - now called "Overdue Temporary cases". That was totally against all the feedback provided here regarding poor transparency/communication.

So the new feature is fine and dandy, but without the weekly updates on pending payments, I'll have to stop investing altogether. Pending payments was public information, and it was one my criteria of investing on a loan originitator or not. Now, I don't have access to that information any more, therefore the present setup constitutes a regression compared to the previous one.

Dear Investors,
Please note that we are publishing weekly updates about restructured temporary cases with the amounts paid since the last update, and we also point out, what is the timeframe for other temporary overdue payments to be repaid as soon as they reach the overdue page. Could you please point out the information that is lacking?-1 -
1. Pending payments are now defined more narrowly as "in the process of being transferred by the lending company within the regular settlement period or up to 7 days past due". That means the long term cases are no longer considered pending payments, but Overdue.
2. For the ongoing cases, investors can download the ongoing cases report in addition to the info in their account. More on https://www.mintos.com/en/about-overdue/.-1 -
Lucja (Mintos),
I want to know the total overdue pending amount of a loan originator to all investors. Not just the overdue pending amount to me.

For ID Finance, you've posted on the 6th of April and then on the 21st of April. That is not weekly in my perspective.
Also, how come the total overdue amount for ID Finance Mexico is stable, considering that they didn't pay anything in the last two weeks? It should increase. Where is the pending payment interest going?
Investors should be able to check the total overdue amount (meaning not only principal but also pending payment interest), and really understand how it is being calculated. We shouldn't have to ask your support for that. I'm waiting for almost 1 month for clarifications about that, because it's clearly being calculated in a wrong way.

You can check this information on the statistic page: https://www.mintos.com/en/statistics/loan-statistics/, and for case 8 days + in overdue page.-1 -
Lucja (Mintos), indeed, but the only problem in the statistics page, is that the information is not grouped by Loan Originator. For each LO, I have to check in every loan category and sum the pending payments.
Overdue page has a link to an out of date excel file (last updated 01/02/2023).
