Hi Rodrigo Valle Teixeira, please see the last pending payments update here https://www.mintos.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/Pending-Payments-report_2022-06.05..pdf

Creditstar continues to make weekly payments to reduce pending payments. Creditstar Estonia made a €150k payment this week, and the money will be released to investors shortly.

    Hi Annija,
I've read the report, and it doesn't match reality. You say Creditar is paying, but my pending amount from Creditar Estonia has been growing for many weeks.
I understand investing has risks, but we want more transparency. Don't tell us a LO is paying if we don't see any change in pending total!

Hi Rodrigo Valle Teixeira, please see the latest update here: https://www.mintos.com/en/pending-payments-updates/ - Creditstar Estonia made a €204k payment this week and will proceed with the payment next week. We agreed with the management of Creditstar that part of the proceeds from bonds (https://www.creditstar.com/bonds) that are going to be received during the first week of June will be used to fully cover the pending payments.

It is possible that you have not received a payment yet because of how the payments are allocated, here you can read more about it https://www.mintos.com/blog/pending-payments-everything-you-wanted-to-know/

    Hello Annija,
You report, just like last month, says "Creditstar continues to make weekly transfers, decreasing the pending payment amount.".
If this is true, how is it that my pending payment amount from Creditar is only growing for more than a month?

    Hi Annija,

On the 27th of may the following update was given on creditstar pending payments:

"To remind, we agreed with the management of Creditstar that proceeds from
bonds (https://www.creditstar.com/bonds), which will be received
during the first week of June, will be used to fully cover the
    company's pending payments."

Can you please give us an update on this agreement with creditstar?

Nothing about the bonds funds is mentioned in recent updates and we are in the third week of june now.

Will all pending payments be fully covered soon?

    Thank you.

    Hi Annija,
We are not asking for Mintos to do magic, I understand risks and fluctuations in LO activity and financials.
What we want is accurate and truthful information. Has Creditar paid or not? Is there money coming in and will it reduce Pending Payments?

Another 2 weeks have gone by, and my Pending Payments from Creditar Estonia are still the same after 2 months.
What is going on? Is Credistar paying or not?

    No, they are not.

Mintos, Annija, why no response here? What is going on?

You say in your reports that Credistar is paying, yet nothing gets to our pending payments.

Be transparent! Share information! What is the REAL status?

Credistar is still proposing new loan on the primary market. That's a shat. I get the impression it's a ponzi : new investors are paying for the old investors. But there is less and less new investors. So old investors cannot be paid.

Mintos is losing his credibility by not tell us the truth. : each week, the promise "next week", "next month", "soon" but nothing occurs...

    Dear Investors,

please see the latest update:  https://www.mintos.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Pending-Payments-report_20220107.pdf

Here is the information about Credistar:

We held a meeting with the CEO of Creditstar last week and agreed that a detailed repayment plan for the pending payments will be received during week 27 and afterwards shared with investors. Meanwhile we'd like to emphasize that as long as particular actions of Creditsar are not established and implemented, pending payments might increase in the short term due to the specifics of the credit line product as well as due to business related aspects. We will share more information with investors next week. Interest on pending payments will be covered in full.

Bla bla bla .. the same joke every time

You know what Annija? This is what will now happen more often because of the Wowwo fiasco.

Now the LOs know that if they just stop paying, Mintos will do nothing and the investors get screwed!!

YOU NEED TO HAVE A LEGAL TEAM DROWNING A NON-PAYING LO IN LEGAL PROCESSESS ON DAY 1 OF NON-COMPLIANCE! That's the only way you will keep them paying, out of fear of legal action.

No company in the world will operate on behalf of good will towards 3rd party investors, they don't care.

Why Creditstar can still publish new loans on Mintos ? Do you want more people not to get their money back ?

    Yes!

    @GABRIEL ANDRÉ GEORGES FOLLIOT

Why Creditstar can still publish new loans on Mintos ? Do you want more people not to get their money back ?

It is clear that you do not understand how Pendings work. If you did then you would be happy to see Creditstar listings up with competitive rates. At the moment it is the fastest way for you to recover your Pendings.

And for those who say that they never receive money from Creditstar Pendings, you are wrong. The monies are coming in and redistributed to investors, yes the overall Pendings amount might not lower and maybe even raises as new payments fall into Pendings. But there is a movement nevetheless. Yes, i agree that that there is no convenient tool to track the movement. But i guess the functionality will evolve someday as Mintos realizes more and more that this is a delicate topic..

Proposal to Mintos for quick solution. In addition to Pendings balance show to the investors Pendings change amounts:
    a) How much new pendings in period
    b) how much pendings are closed/distributed to investors in period.
    c) etc, the more info is better

And 3 more weeks have gone by.

I see no evolution in pending value from Credistar, and there is no visibility on what is happening. Are there any payments being received?

  • Gabriel André Georges Folliot

I have received some pending payment but not a lot. Some people still continue investing in Credistar bonds so this money is used to repay pending payment. Mintos is expecting Credistar sent them a lot of money to cover all pending payments...

Personally I feel confident about Credistar even if I don't understand why Mintos allow Credistar no publish new loan (ok it allow to pay small amount of pending payment, but on the other hand, it's not respectful of the investors)
