Qué pasa con Watu Credit? e ID Fiance Mx?

Hace semanas que mis pagos de Watu Credit están en pagos pendientes y la atención al cliente de Mintos no responde a mis mensajes.

Y con respecto a ID Finance estoy en la misma situación, en los informes dicen que pagan ya y nada.

  Hi Pilar, I noticed that only about half of my Watu loans were current and hadn't seen any pending payments for a while, so I messaged them directly. They let me know all is operating as normal, and since then I have received payments from them.

  Unfortunately I can't give any updates on ID Finance.

  Pending Payments from Watu should be covered. Regarding ID Finance Pending payments, please see our 1st April update here https://www.mintos.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/Pending-Payments-report_2022-01.04.2022.pdf . ID Finance will keep making regular repayments and honoring its full obligations on a daily basis.
