Cashback from Nera Capital

I signed up for the Nera Capital cashback promotion, which ended on October 31. The cashback was supposed to be delivered within 10 days after the campaign ended, but I still haven't received anything. Has this happened to anyone else?

  I got the full amount on 05.11.2024

  It was listed as "bonus"

  If you have fullfilled all the criteria (min investment of € 200,-, correct loans ( I think it was only the 14% loans on primary market...) you should contact support and ask them what is going on.
