How can I make sure that AML support communication is properly reviewed?
I've submitted a review with my frustration about the AML procedure at https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/66431997658954b47542e9c6 .
However, as I don't think the AML process was adequate, I'm not sure that during the back&forth with the support, someone that's responsible for defining and enforcing the rules of Due Diligence did look carefully at my case, as explained in the TrustPilot review.
As I've not received a comment there, just wanted to bring up the question here, at the very least for the benefit of other Mintos customers, who wouldn't need to go through such unexplainably demanding AML process.
