For more than two weeks I have been waiting for Mintos to solve a technical issue with my account, which no longer allows me to invest (though I have not be given any reason why). During this period I have only received one interim reply from Mintos, which said that they are looking into the matter. I have asked for an update on several occasions, without any reply to date. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay in resolving a technical problem that prevents one from effectively using the services offered by Mintos?
