Hello,

I would like to know how does Mintos plan to look after investors' interests if Cashwagon Vietnam's operations are found to have been illegal? 

The way I see it, this would mean that Mintos should go to court against the Vietnam company, the parent company and the CEOs and Board Members of each and recover every penny from either the companies or the individuals responsible for fraudulently collecting our money. This would also include the funds not recovered in the liquidation of Cashwagon Indonesia, because if found guilty, the illegal activities resulted directly in the group guarantee not being executed.

No doubt Mintos has thought of all of this already and has a plan in place to protect investors. Waiting to hear more about it.
