Liquidity of shares

    1) We don't currently plan to offer a secondary market for Mintos shares on our platform, as historical data from platforms like Crowdcube and Seedrs shows that liquidity for private equity is typically too low to sustain a functional market.

    2) Since Crowdcube uses a nominee structure, it isn't possible to move those shares to the Mintos platform as the legal holding structures are different.

    3) Our long-term goal for liquidity is likely an IPO or an M&A event, though it is very difficult to provide a specific timeline at this stage. While we have worked toward this since 2020, we have faced our fair share of setbacks(COVID-19 aftermath, long regulatory process, war in Ukraine), which have naturally pushed back our initial expectations as we focus on scaling the business first.

Yes it's not a problem ! We all know that private equity isn't liquid and is a mid-long term investment.

I would also be able to already profit of my benefit.

But I am really confident that you have a billion dollar company in the hands ! And also notice the later the ipo the better for mid-size cap company.

Lot of luck for this journey
