Did not receive any payment during the last two months.i
Obviously the LO has no funds to cover obligations, and uses any money that can get ( including private financing ) to give more credits .

so , we are slowly going into default . What I continue to wonder is why all these lies

Haha yeah, that name would probably work with Mintos themselves. But I hope investors here learned their lesson the last couple of months...

Annija (Mintos) you continue to give us bullshit information.
I don't care about your procedure that you don't even respect.
What I want is the truth. Is ID Finance on default ?
In case they aren't what is the schedule (with real date not end july for example 21/07) ?

The good thing is that we can use all these lies against Mintos in court.

    New update!!!!

Anything really new? A date? A plan? Nothing. R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S!

Pending payments from ID Finance Mexico have now reached 80% of "Total current outstanding
investments + total in pending payments". There's no other company above 40%, and this is what we get from Mintos:

We've received the first draft of a plan with a timeline on
repayment for all the pending payments and are now
discussing the details. We will share more on the plan once it
has been agreed with the lending company

    MINTOS on March 6:
"ID Finance Mexico's pending payments have appeared due to an IT system error that caused an unexpected buyback. Last week, €500,000 was already covered and the remaining amount will be covered till Tuesday, 8 March"

@Annija (Mintos) , Has the IT problem been solved? after five months can we dispose of our money? Or has the war also come to Mexico?

    Dear Annija,

please prove the same for GFM payments in KZT.

I did not receive any valuable payment.

    Dear @...,

Is the last update provided by Mintos a recognition that you've been lying to us in the last months?

The issue is not technical anymore? It's incredible how you keep changing your script and due dates for solving the issues without even apologizing to your customers.

I would like to know who is the regulator of Mintos activity so I can file a formal complaint. I've asked for it to the support more than one week ago, but no answer so far.

As soon as I can get my money out of here, I will become a former Mintos customer.

Issues can happen with customers but with this lack of transparency I can't trust Mintos.

Ha ha. I remember those "technical problems"... :)

This looks like a ponzi scheme

And yet it is the biggest platform.

Did anything change for you guys?

I luckily never encountered any problem.. but I also didn't invest in ID Mexico.

I'd like to know if anything changed or of there's new information :)

nothing changed, except for more promises and higher 'pending payment interest rate' that we will never see

Mintos doesn't even care. New date is now December 2022.

They sent the same "solution", with the exact same text for ID Finance and Creditstar, changing only the amounts....

What is the problem with pending payments from ID FINANCE MEXICO?

ID FINANACE SPAIN's pending payments are finally going down, but ID FINANCE MEXICO's pending payments haven't gone down for a long time.

Investors need MINTOS pending payments to start falling now, the platform accumulates too many pending payments and investors cannot bear that much.

Have people received interest for pending payments from ID Finance Mexico recently? Last time I received was in June, I think I have had pending payments from them all the time since, currently over 20 000 €.

    Dear Investors,

    Thank you for your comments.

The information that we provide in Pending Payments updates is the most accurate. We believe that weekly updates are frequent enough, and we try to share as much information as possible. We notice your questions and aim to address them in the following update. We are thankful for your understanding.

    Hello,

Even if there is an agreement between Mintos and ID Finance the amount paid by ID Finance Mexico don't move.
They will not recover all at once by the end of December. It's more than urgent now to start paying.
Can Mintos give a REAL update about ID Finance Mexico.

    Why still no payment ?

    Why no information ?

How can u expect from us a total compliance and keep investment on when you suffer from lack of transparency ?

    Hi,

Same feeling here. According to the weekly updates, they have been paying ( 450k € last week ), but my pending payment volume for ID Finance Mexico hasn't moved as well.

They merged the updates for ID Finance Spain and Mexico, so not sure if only Spain is paying or if they are just using the money to pay the investors with current investments.

I guess we'll have to wait for the end of the year to find out.

One thing I'm sure, I'm taking my money out of here (if I ever get it).

    Ok... 4 days...
Now it's sure Mintos have no respect for investors.

Good luck for the people who still believe in them...

    Goodbye !

    Dear Investors,

    Thank you for your comments.

ID Finance is working on funding attractions for both countries. As ID Finance Spain is on the platform, we report how much they pay and that pending payment has not increased. ID Finance Mexico is not on the platform anymore, their whole exposure is in pending payments, and it cannot increase, thus it would not be very useful to report it every week. For both countries, the agreement stays that pending payments are paid till the end of the year. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

Ok, mintos receives money from IDF Mexico every week... But where did it go? Does the investor with the oldest not payed loan get his money first? I have not got one cent in the last 5 months.

Since no deadline ever announced was achieved and to the end of december are only 8 weeks missing, I can't help but assume it won't work to pay all pending payments till then.

How mouch is the total amount unpaied from IDF Mexico? Not only the 'restructured'. Could you please give weekly updates on this?

    1
  • Vincent Merlino

    This is exactly the point.
For me it's impossible for IDF Mexico to make full payment until end of december.

We received nothing since the movment of Notes and I expect (from my point of view) a transition to recovery payment on january 2023.
Mintos knows the situation but no reaction from their side... (unless the classic : "  For both countries, the agreement stays that pending payments are paid till the end of the year. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. ")

These weekly reports are ridiculous. For ID Finance, in the text they state they have transferred €844k this week, but then if you look at the table, they have 0€ paid since the last report.

If they are really paying, where is this money going to? My pending payment from ID Finance Mexico hasn't moved in the last 6 months.

    1
  • Aurel Sebastian Kilian

Well, at least one thing I can explain:
There are loans ending and being payed back every week. This would increase the ->restructured amount<-.
So they pay each week exactly tht amount, so thet pending payments do not exeed / enlarge the ->restructured amount<-.
But they would have to pay more than that do decrease the ->restructured amount<-. But that they haven't so there is 0€.

But the other question is one I really like to know the answer!!!
Who get's the money that they pay each week. I think it would be great if the ones waiting for the longest time / with the oldest loans get the money first. So if they distribute the money, ther had to be someone wh get's money every week.

Perhaps @Lucja (Mintos) can explain that?

    Hi Lucja (Mintos) ,

I would like to have a real update about the status of pending payments of ID Finance Mexico.

According to the plan, they should pay everything until the end of the year, which is in 1.5 months (with Christmas in between), but so far nothing has happened, and the updates are useless.

What is the expectation that they will fulfil the agreement?

More than 7M pending from ID Mexico. 7weeks until the end of year...
Stop lying and assume they will not pay.

Dear investors, thank you for sharing your concerns with us. The plan includes raising new funding, so the payments could be made in one go. When the status of the new funding is clear, we will give more updates, and we hope to do so within a few weeks.

    Hi Lucja (Mintos),

    Two more weeks have passed.

I would like to ask again for a clear statement about the expectation that ID Finance will pay until the end of the year - we are now 5 weeks away from that, and once more, we got a useless update.
