ExpressCredit Botswana pending payments

Hi. ExpressCredit loans are pending already for almost 2 weeks. Is there any problem with this company? Individual loans are being paid to the company, but the company doesn´t transfer them. When they're going to make a transfer? Should we start worrying about it?
