How do you get mintos to respond?

My situation is that I need to know my account balance per the 1st of January 2021 for my taxes. I've tried sending Mintos an email, no response for 12 days. I've tried the call back function, no response. I've tried clicking on the chat with us feature, but the button doesn't lead you to a chat section.

How can I contact Mintos to get the account balance for my taxes?

  In the end I did get the right information from them, it just took a while.

  Hi Sebastiaan, we are sorry to hear about that. 

  If you still have not received any reply, you can try to submit a form https://help.mintos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new  once again and write in the topic "Community comment"  or just share an Investor ID here, we will look into it asap.

  Same here. I don't know, why Mintos doesn't offer the functionality to export a proper account sheer per year with all the necessary information for tax purpose.

  This functionality should be available at the end of January as the new tax report will be available.
