Bonds and Real Estate: Add filter for not invested yet, uniqueness of real estate properties

Hi,

 

it would be awesome to be able to filter primary and secondary market of bonds and real estate by whether I am already invested in the underlying notes.

This would make it easier to spot new offerings and save me some time.

 

Also for the real estate properties, I would like to have something like a property ID in the Mintos UI that makes it clear, whether an offer is unique or there are multiple notes for the same property.

I recently saw some properties where the photos looked like it was the exact same one, but the note ISINs were different.

For me there was no way to tell, if those were the exact same properties or they were just furnished the same way.
