Wowwo court case costs questions

Since yesterday the overdue section states.

I have not received any email regarding this matter even tho Wowwo is still owing me money. Has anybody received the email mentioned on the website?

Mintos Marketing what is going on and also: what does this exactly mean? Do we need to pay money now in order to get our money back???

*In the meatime I have received an email. Since there are many questions that might raise out of this situation I updated the post and title to refelct that

  Hello dear investors,

  We understand your need for additional information regarding the court process with Wowwo. However, there are several things to keep in mind:

  -court proceedings are confidential, therefore even if we strive to be as transparent as possible, there are certain limitations when it comes to sharing detailed information from these proceedings

  -any communication regarding the case, be it a blogpost or a community post may be monitored by our counterparty and sharing detailed plans or steps might eventually jeopardize our proceedings and recovery efforts and thus lead to a potential loss which would not be beneficial for our affected investors as well as for Mintos

  Despite the limitations, we share our regular monthly updates and each affected investors can follow these directly in the Mintos account. Rest assured, as soon as there is a breakthrough or a significant change in the process, we will keep our investors informed.
