Unfortunately, we are not able to share the information about alternative routes as it could possibly jeopardize the recoveries. We appreciate your eagerness to expedite the resolution process, and we understand the importance of receiving information promptly. However, it's essential to note that frequent reminders don't necessarily contribute to a faster resolution. Even if we could provide details about alternative routes, receiving the information on the same day might not significantly impact the speed of funds' recovery. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Lucja (Mintos),

As far as I know, only Kviku case is in court, so sharing information about alternative routes (which I doubt you are really exploring) would not be a problem. If you still think that's a problem, you can share it privately to each of the affected investors via e-mail.

It would be much better than what you currently share months in a row - no update since the last month.

I have no patience left with Mintos.

I will keep the frequent reminders until you stop ignoring us, provide real updates and show us real efforts to recover our money.

Said that, I'm still waiting for the list of "alternative possibilities" you are exploring to recover our money, here or via e-mail.

    Ilya Shpuntou - Creditter 10%, Dozarplati 0%, Kviku 0%

Lucja (Mintos), @..., Elmars (Mintos) - I'm still waiting for the list.

Regarding the last update, we want to know by when will this plan be in action.

There has been some progress achieved in being able to recover a large part of the exposure. We are now in the process of preparing legal arrangements to see if this plan can proceed.

For Kviku, 9 months with no update. Congratulations.

    Hi Bruno,

We would like to emphasize that even an email to an investor could jeopardize our recovery attempts. We understand your frustration, but we are sharing updates as they become available and do not risk hindering our process toward the recovery of funds.

In this article, we explain the process that we follow when problems are identified with a lending company, and our measures to resolve them and recover investors’ funds: https://www.mintos.com/blog/how-we-deal-with-loan-originator-issues-and-recovery-of-investor-funds/

Lucja (Mintos), I'm more than aware of your weak and unfruitful processes. Now, please answer my question:

By when will this plan be in action?

Take the opportunity and answer as well in the ID Finance Mexico topic, now that you dropped one more bomb about it, it would be good that you answer investors' questions.

    Lucja (Mintos),

    Elmars (Mintos),

So you decided to sell Kviku's and Dozarplati's debt to a third party with a discount.

Shouldn't this kind of operation be approved by us? When will you disclose additional information about this (effective date, discount)?

    Hi Bruno,

    Thank you for your patience.

Following the stipulations outlined in our user agreement and the governing policy, Mintos functions as the designated representative for all investors. It is important to note that the decision-making process does not mandate direct approval from the investors. While we value investor sentiment and may engage in periodic surveys to gauge their perspectives, the ultimate authority to make business decisions rests exclusively with Mintos. This approach ensures streamlined and professional management, aligning with our commitment to serve the best interests of our investor community.

    Hi Lucja (Mintos),

Thanks for the fast (ironic mode off) response.

Please note that according to Mintos Terms and Conditions Part III paragraph 4.7, the Lending Company is entitled to perform all the necessary and allowed actions to facilitate timely and full recovery of the Claim without the involvement of the Investor.

You have assumed that there will be a loss, so this won't be a full recovery and for sure not timely. Said that, you have to consult the Investors in such kind of decisions.

    You and professional management?
    Something is going wrong.

Bruno provides more information than you and I am grateful to him for this.
I hope to recover my full investment. I don't want to think about Mintos selling the debt to someone else. After all, you often say that you are looking for a method to recover the debt.
    Still want to lie?

I will restart my daily Trustpilot reviews and submit a formal complaint regarding this. I am not saying this is a bad option (selling the debt to someone else), but we have to be informed and approve the conditions ...

The Wowwo case was handled aggressively: it put investors fighting against each other (see https://help.mintos.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/19960497023249).

I hope the next cases can be handled better.

I saw and I hope, Lucja and the Mintos CEO will be responsible for lying and misleading investors in court.

The level of lies and support is shocking.

    Hello dear investors,

I would like to remind you that any discussion here needs to follow certain rules. Saying this, please be aware that if you don't abstain from being disrespectful, we will not continue in this kind of communication (specifically this thread).

As for the most recent comments, my colleague Lucja has already answered regarding this, I can however repeat that as well: Mintos functions as the designated representative for all investors. It is important to note that the decision-making process does not mandate direct approval from the investors and the ultimate authority to make business decisions rests exclusively with Mintos.

    O jak dużej stracie mówisz, Marku ? 20 mln.  ? 30, 40 mln.  ? W jaki sposób Mintos planuje to rozliczyć?

Brak szacunku? Absolutnie. Musicie wybrać i uzgodnić jedną, wspólną i prawdziwą wersję:
    a) trwa postępowanie sądowe i inwestorzy nie otrzymują żadnych informacji- wg. Łucji i innych "Community Manager", którzy znikają mogłoby to wpłynąć na dobro sprawy,

    b) aktywnie poszukujecie i analizujecie kanały/szlaki pieniężne aby odzyskać środki,

    Hello dear investors,

We are happy to hear that you read our regular monthly updates on the overdue funds. Specifically in this case, we are talking about the overdue from the Russian lending companies. While we understand that you would like to receive more detailed information, as we highlight in the updates, we are not able to share any detailed information regarding the current proceedings as it may jeopardize our recovery attempts and thus affect the recovery rate for our investors. I think that we can agree that our common interest is to recover as much as possible as quickly as possible. As you are aware, we have signed an agreement with a third party that has an option to buy the debt at a discount- the discount will not be disclosed now, but we can assure you that it is in line with similar cases in Russia. Rest assured, as soon as there is a progress, we will inform all of the affected investors accordingly.

@Marek, next time please do not waste us time with no constructive response.
Monthly update? Show me your update, please. 'Without changes?'
What do you mean, saying similar discount at the debt? How much?
I hope the discount will be covered by the mintos.

I do not need information when the case is closed. I would like to know earlier.

@Christopher - jeśli powstanie inicjatywa z pozwem zbiorowym, bez wahania dołączę.
