So according to your negotiated plan, creditstar was supposed to pay additional 3.4M in restructured payments by March 24 (last Friday).
I do not see any signs that this happened. Not in my pending balance, nor in your last report.
Update: And act NOW. As requested everywhere else - stop gaming us. Stop being intransparent. Stop being nice to the LOs that owe us money but simply do not oblige to their liabilities. In doubt sue the shit out of them and use your leverage to throw them off the platform. The attitude against mintos customers *must* change.
To remind you: "A failure to follow the agreed schedule would be considered an event of default, and if the situation requires, we’ll start legal proceedings."
