This content is about investing in loans by means of assignment agreements. It is not yet updated for investments in Notes and does not reflect some of the changes due to us having received the investment firm licence. We’re working on updating this content.
To get the best diversification, we recommend setting a strategy target that is close to the amount you plan to invest. If the strategy target is much larger, diversification may not work as intended.
Example: If you set a strategy target of € 100 000 and select 10 lending companies, the investment target for each lending company will be set to 10% (or € 10 000). If you invest only € 1 000, the whole sum could be invested in loans from a single lending company, and your strategy wouldn’t be diversified.
