If you want to get in touch with our team, please submit a request through our online form. After choosing the topic of your request, enter your email address linked to your Mintos account so that we can contact you, and your investor ID (if you have it). Once you’ve finished writing your message and adding any attachments, click on Submit. You should receive a confirmation email informing you that we’ve received your message. We’ll do our best to reply within 5 business days.
If you want us to contact you by phone, you can also submit a callback request. You can choose your preferred language and the callback date. Don’t forget to leave your phone number, email address linked to your Mintos account, your investor ID (if you have it) and a short description of your issue. If we’re unable to contact you on the date of your choice, we may call you back on a later date or get in touch via email.
