If you want to add money to your Mintos account, you need to make a bank transfer from your bank account or third-party payment service to our bank account:
- Click on your account balance in the top right corner
- Select Add money
- Select the currency of your deposit from the dropdown menu
- Use the displayed bank details to make the transfer
Make sure to include your investor ID in your payment details, so that we can match the transfer with your Mintos account. Your funds should be in your account in 1-3 business days for SEPA transfers and 3-5 business days for SWIFT transfers and transfers from outside the EEA. If you use a third-party payment service such as Wise or Revolut, you may need to provide additional information.
