It's probably obvious JH. If YOU received 71 million from Mintos. euro interest-free loan without any conditions for an indefinite period of time what would you do with such capital? Are you investing in the development of your business or are you depositing the money in a secure account so that Mintos can receive it as soon as it asks for it back?

    Dear Christopher,

it is the duty/obligation of Mintos to inform investors about such questions in detail (facts and values). There is only one reason for Mintos refusing to publish the answers. Mintos takes profit out of the situation with Russian loans.

    @Anija: Valuable answers are expected.

    Dear Investors,

    Dear Lucja,

    your arguments are not logical.
You wrote in official statements that Kviku is willing to fulfil there contracts with Mintos and the Investors. One part is the 100% buyback guaranty in the currency which is shown in the contract. Is this buyback guaranty questioned by Kviku? Please post here an official statement from Kviku about fulfilling the contracts with their investors?

    Best regards

    JH

    Lucja (Mintos),

when will you share additional information about the situation of Kviku?

I understand that you don't want to share that in a public space, but investors with money on Kviku have the right to know what are you doing to recover their money.

    Lucja (Mintos),

I am expecting a real update about Kviku's situation this week. If that doesn't happen, I will raise a complaint to Bank of Latvia.

    Hi Bruno,

In our last article, we explained the current situation regarding all lending companies from Russia: https://www.mintos.com/blog/russia-ukraine-war-impact-update-swift-ban-rub-plunge-pausing-listing-new-loans -from-belarus-and-more/

    Hi Lucja (Mintos),

That doesn't say anything concrete about Kviku. As stated, I'm expecting real information about Kviku's situation this week - as stated before, it doesn't need to be published in a public space. If that doesn't happen, I will raise a complaint to Bank of Latvia.

    Hi Bruno,

Due to the lending company's lack of cooperation, it wasn't possible to reach an agreement. We have engaged local consultants to enforce the agreements.
