How do you get mintos to respond?

    In the end I did get the right information from them, it just took a while.

    Hi Sebastiaan, we are sorry to hear about that. 

    If you still have not received any reply, you can try to submit a form https://help.mintos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new  once again and write in the topic "Community comment"  or just share an Investor ID here, we will look into it asap.

    Same here. I don't know, why Mintos doesn't offer the functionality to export a proper account sheer per year with all the necessary information for tax purpose.

    This functionality should be available at the end of January as the new tax report will be available.
