Withdrawal to Revolut not working - money stuck :(
On Jan 4th I've added money from Revolut to Mintos for the first time - operation successfull.
This created a new IBAN 44***14 that I used to withdraw money on the next day - Jan 5th - operation stuck.
Now the money is stuck "somewhere" - and Revolut.com support states that IBAN used is not their IBAN. The new IBAN seems to be PL mBank - and I do not have any accounts there.
I've emaild mintos.com on Jan 11th - but I have not heard from the support yet.
Did anyone have similar situation, how did you resolve it?
apparently money has been sent by Mintos to incorrect IBAN (not my bank account, number not related to any of my prior deposits)
