Can we move this to a real forum software?
Hi, Zendesk is a support site, it's not designed to build a community. It will generate frustration in people.
I suggest that this initiative (which is welcome) is migrated to a software designed for it. I strongly recommend https://www.discourse.org

Hi Pablo Lorenzo Roman that's correct - Zendesk is a system that facilitates client support, yet in 2019 they launched a new addition to their service called Gather - a community software. It is used by multiple Zendesk clients globally, now - Mintos included. It might not be ideal, as any software, but we are starting with it, and let's see how it goes. We hope to develop the space with time.

This is completely useless indeed.
If you propose to provide a forum, then provide a forum, not an extended "Support HUB".

(Pinocchio: "but I'm a real boy!"). Jokes aside, this software is forum software. It might be that other forum software providers are explicitly calling it that way, and Zendesk has called it Support HUB, but functionality-wise it is created to host forums and provide the same interactions. Each software has minuses and pluses and none is ideal, however, we do find it convenient to be able to work with investors here and have integrations that help us support each investor with more precise, individual info, should you need us to do so. We certainly look to give Zendesk Gather a chance to host our Community. And if this won't work, then in the future we might evaluate any other options.

Hi TSB, for now, we are not planning to move Community to new software. Could be so kind point us out what features/functionality you are currently missing?

For example:
- reply on a user's post
- get a list time-ordered list of messages across all "topics" (which are actually subforums)
- a list of all "my" messages across all "topics" (which are actually subforums)
You know ... like normal forum functionality ;-)
