Administrative failures
Nera Capital loans are still recorded as having interest paid for April and May (in some cases partially in arrears), whilst no payments have actually been made. Furthermore, no interest is being added to notes that are still running as normal, which constitutes a form of fraud. Loan holders are entitled to view the outstanding balances held with Nera Capital. These balances must be properly recorded.
This now also applies for the majority of Imagina Leasing notes, for which the July interest payments have not been recorded (as pending). Once again, Mintos is showing no sign of acting in the interests of its clients, or its administrative system is failing completely. In both cases, it is time for the regulator to intervene.

Ugo,
Hallucinatory situation... Mintos' impassiveness despite complaints and loud protests

Very bed situation with Mintos becoming more and more silent day by day while overdue loans increase constantly not only for Nera but also for other companies with no action executed just only reporting and waiting. Nera joined Mintos in 2024 with big push by Mintos for their loans with high return rate and cashback that suggested strong partnership, but suddenly Nera score moved from 7.4 to SW in just few weeks with Mintos demostrating no power on Nera management to resolve this situation that they together created, it is not only a Nera failure. Mintos' score is completly unuseful and they engage the loan companies on fly with no recovery process in place. I'm no more confident to invest any euro in Mintos if they will not demonstrate soon to have power on lending companies. In the mean time I started to withdrow all my investment and I suggest all to do the same to put pressure on Mintos management.

Rosario,
Ora, ci tolga dai pasticci!!0 -
Honestly, Nera was too good to be real, and indeed we are facing the risks related, including the kind of business that Nera operates. Yes, Mintos pushed Nera in multiple ways, but considering the exposure (60+ milions of loans here), I like to believe that Mintos is going to solve this, hopefully entirely rather than partially. This means also that some forcing could be deploited (as Wowwo case), considering the volume. With Nera, Mintos has a lot to lose, in terms of reputation and customers. Let's see what will happen

Leonardo, I hope they, but principally we, can get out from this very bad situation but at this time I cannot trust Mintos any more and I will retire all my money as soon as are available. I still continue to see no action by Mintos and any tentative to pay back some euros also to give confidence to customers. Nera was presented as solid company that should be able to cover at least the interest on our money, but not giving back anything it looks like more as a wanted scam considering all the initial marketing push for Nera notes.

Rosario,
So, what are we talking about, then? We aren't stupid, after all! We need to see the extent of the liabilities of the parties involved in the loan request and whether Mintos, for its part, exercised the necessary due diligence. They even skipped the bi-weekly update, it seems—as if to leave you whistling in the wind.0 -
Leonardo,
what do you mean specifically by "as Wowwo case" please? Wowwo has not paid a cent for about five years and owes 18.5 million EUR. No significant progress in those years ...
The Turks are just laughing now ... they had plenty of time to make sure that Wowwo remained an "empty shell" ... totally over-indebted and completely without any assets ...

I meant that Mintos will eventually take a legal action as done with Wowwo, considering the volume, because for small amounts Mintos tend for closing the case as bad debt.
If that will be successful or not, it's another question.

ALERT
The adminitrative mess around Nera Capital is culminating. The amount that I invested in Nera is decreased but completely unclear where it has gone. This is serious stuff. Some of the loans are registered under COMPLETED INVESTMENTS. The amounts are weird. Some have culminated interest, others have principal payments registered lower then the investments, which is weird as none of the principal payments have been returned. It is impossible to count which interesrt you are entitled to as they husseled interest and principal payments. If I look at all my nera investments then I miss about 400 euro's in notes. I think the team has to explain what they are doing and investors do take daily photo's of your NERA investments, because it is completely unclear what is happening with ourinvestments and it looks like a houdini disappearing tric

Ugo,
On top of this, Mintos is no longer providing us with updates; this could mean the situation is heading for a disaster—but only for us unfortunate investors. An external authority needs to step in to clarify matters. We can't just "die" like this!!0 -
Meanwhile, Nera Capital continues to collect payments and operate as usual, without a hitch. As if the matter had nothing to do with them. Where is Mintos!!

Hey all,
re Ugo's Alert: I noticed the same pattern in my account end of last week (Nera notes marked as complete, with weird outstanding amounts in the last column) and send an Email to service, with no reply as of now, ca 3-4 biz days later.
Btw: Handful of ID Finance positions were the same with outstanding amounts >0, where usually all complete positions are 0.00/0.00. I significantly reduced my ID Finance stash just to be sure. - Precisely, I sold all those notes that haven't moved much at all since acquisition (i.e., a 3 or 6 month customer loan bought in February, with 0.75 cent paid back as of now; where another ID note with similar dates has paid 12-15€ (of 50) in the same time. - I kicked out ca 2/3 of my ID stash, which were these non-performers and only kept the ones that seem to be rolling. (Which I don't understand fully yet; bc why does the same lender cater to some positions, and others not at all? Also bc they're all these 10+ item mix bags, and often it's 1-3 positions late, the rest all paid, but I'm sitting there w 00.75 of 50.00 paid back, wondering if someone in Spain is playing with my money as long as possible, before returning it eventually). -- Does anyone know anything about ID having any issues similar to Nera?
Long story short: If anyone has any idea for how to put more pressure on mintos to provide answers, I'm here for it.

We have been left to fend for ourselves. I repeat: I have investments across all the major platforms—both regulated and unregulated—yet I have never encountered a situation as devastating and appalling as the nightmare I am currently experiencing on this platform, which is supposed to be the most significant and forward-looking one historically. They are primarily focused on advertising and marketing other products. Investors ruined by the originators Mintos allowed onto the platform are left with nothing but unproductive assets—essentially worthless paper.

Hello Laura,
ID Finance is currently offering loans where only the interest is paid out, with the invested capital being returned only at the end of the term. Do you perhaps have any such loans in your portfolio?0 -
Dagmar,
We are grappling with a disaster here—a colossal one—involving the potential loss of hundreds of thousands of euros of our money; the Nera Capital situation, in particular, is devouring our savings, yet Mintos doesn't seem very responsive when it comes to protecting us. Just read the posts. And you're asking these trivial questions? Have you actually read all the previous posts and what we’re going through? Get up to speed, and be careful with your own investments.

Hello Peter,
I don't need your condescending lectures. I can read and have a mind of my own for thinking and investing. I wish you continued success.
