Pending payments update

    As already reported to Customer Support, this is a very bad, silent, and intransparent change. You changed it from weekly to bi-weekly and now silently to monthly? This just encourages LO continuing to misuse the 11 free pending days, as Mogo Albania recently and others. I strongly encourage Mintos to change it back to at last bi-weekly asap. More importantly even, finally stop making silent changes that are bad for investors while promoting good news immediately. Leaves a very bad impression, particularly in light of the upcoming regulation.

    I agree with Christian, this change is not helpful: I would like to have weekly updates on pending payments and monthly on recoveries

    Agreed, regular weekly pending payment updates would be appreciated!

    I do not like the "silent" changes either. It looks like Mintos is trying to hide something.

    Yeah the silent change is really worrying. You just collected huge amounts of fresh capital from the crowdfunding campaing and instead of putting this money to use in order to increase the frequency you cut it and than silently cut it once more? Would be great if you could give us a statement why it was neceassry to increase the wait period on new reports by 4x.

    I agree with folks contributed before me. You, Mintos team, want to increase a trust of investors so that they will invest more money and you will attract new investors. You want to become a regulated market (mentioned for instance on https://help.mintos.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014898597-Mintos-to-become-a-regulated-marketplace) to support this endeavor.

    You, Mintos team, were able to build a great platform. It means for me you have a team full of skillful domain experts, product managers, developers, and others. These folks had certainly an idea to track the downloads of these pending payments reports, they implemented it promptly, so you know precisely how favorite this report was/is and how downloads of these reports correlated/correlate with sells / buys on your platform. And you do not like the correlation. Am I right?

    I was thinking to start investing again after I paused my activities in the spring 2020. However, this non-transparent behavior of you, Mintos team, caused I would not do it. Thank you.

    Hi Adam, they typically publish it on Thursday of the following month, so hopefully today or latest tomorrow we should see it

    Hi Christian, ya mini, Flo,

    The changes of cadence were shared on the pending payments update page prior to changing the reporting timeframe, we didn't change them silently. At this point, we have responded to investors' needs to have them regularly and in a more simple and comprehensive manner - starting from last week, pending payments update is on an eight-day interval, showing all lending companies who have over 8 and 14 and more days of pending payments.

    Last week I reported that several companies with pending payments (due longer than 8 days) in my portfolio have not been listed in the weekly pending payments update. Today (July 23rd) no update report was released in german but when I check the english version again several companies (creditstar (pending for 10 days) and express credit (small amount pending since June 28th!!!) are not listed in the update.

    @mintos: What is going on here??????

    @investors: anyone else seeing this?
